A toys factory has been recently renewed and transformed into an event space, the ideal venue for
fashion shows, product launches, dinners, vernissages and other cultural events. The unique mix of
modern features and industrial architecture is the heart of this project, together with the charm of the contemporary art collection hosted in the spaces. The surface is spread on two levels, each of them
compo sed by three lofts in a horseshoe shaped set up. Concrete elements are found on both floors, and lot of natural light enters from the big windows creating interesting shadows in the evening. Moreover,
a courtyard of 600 sqm is available for any event set up. The space is currently an internationally famous
artist’s lab and atelier, the place where he stores and creates here his work. Every piece of the interior is
actually part of the art collection, and an opportunity for the client to play with these design elements, or to have the rooms empty and clean as a blank canvas. QuintAvenue is first of all a creative hub of artists and professionals within fashion, architecture, communication, art. It’s the ideal habitat for the development and production of cultural and commercial initiatives. Residents of the hub: Marco Nereo Rotelli with its atelier and lab.
